Can I change or cancel my booking?
The conditions are shown before payment and in your confirmation email. To request a change, reply to your confirmation email with your booking reference.
Why might my tour be changed?
The building is the working seat of Parliament. Sessions, ceremonies and official visits can close parts of the route or move tour times. You are told by email if your tour is affected.
